Barbecue day trip

The day starts with snorkeling at the manta ray spot, then at the magnificent coral garden on the east side of the island.
Then off to the motu for a barbecue: raw fish in coconut milk, grilled chicken and fish, coconut bread baked on the spot, and rice.
